CTX didn't capture my meeting

• Only Google Meet is supported today — Zoom and Teams are planned, not yet live.
• The connected Google account must organize the meeting, and its Workspace edition must have transcription turned on. Otherwise the free path can't run.
• Check Settings → Capture policy: a workspace set to "only meetings we organize" skips everything else by design.
• If native transcription isn't available, a recording bot can cover it instead — see Connect meeting sources — but it has to be turned on and consented to first.

A ticket needs fixing before I'd push it

Edit the draft right in the plan before you push — title, description, acceptance criteria. CTX tracks how often a ticket needed a human fix; that number, not ticket count, is the one that says whether the drafts are actually good.

Why is this open question a spike instead of a real story?

CTX never resolves something the meeting left open. If nobody in the room answered it, the ticket names it as unresolved or turns it into a spike — writing a story that assumes an answer is exactly the retelling this product exists to avoid.
